Music and Theater Booking/Rentals

PERFORMING ARTS RENTALS

ALL RENTALS INCLUDE:
-Use of lighting system.
-Use of sound system.
-Seating for 75+.
-Door/ticket person and concessions staff.
-Comfortable backstage with bathroom.
-Use of Stage
-Listing in MSA e-letter, website, press releases, and print promotions.

Rehearsal and class rental rate is $25/hr. Weekly theater rates available.

The fee for nightly theater or music performance (a four-hr period) is $25o.  This includes a box office person and lobby/lighting person. The renter will provide a sound technician approved by MSA staff.

For some performances we may also offer a 50/50 split of door proceeds. This includes a box office person and lighting technician and the renter will provide a sound technician. In this agreement, MSA will retain the first dollar amounts up to what would be the rental amount, the presenter will then receive the second dollar amount leading up to what would be the rental amount and then MSA and the presenter will equally split the remaining dollar amounts.
