MSA welcomes your theater, music, dance or other event booking inquiry. Please email info@mayostreetarts with your event information, and we will be happy to discuss the details with you.
Financial arrangements are made either by percentage of ticket sales or by rental agreement, depending on the type of event, ticket price, expected number of attendees, and need for equipment and staff, and other factors.
PERFORMING ARTS RENTALS
Theater, Music, or other Performance, Four-hour period:
- Thurs-Sun Nights: $400
- Mon-Wed Nights: $350
- Daytime Performances: $300

NON-PERFORMING ARTS & NON-PROFIT EVENT RENTALS
Discounts for non-performing arts and nonprofit events may be available on a limited basis – please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability.
- Use of lighting system
- Use of sound system
- Seating for 85+
- Backstage with bathroom and additional dressing area
- Use of Stage
- Listing in MSA e-letter, website, press releases, and print promotions.
- Online ticketing
- Door/Lobby/Concessions staff
*Renter will provide lighting and sound staff approved by MSA. Please contact us for information regarding available staff/technicians.
For some performances MSA may offer a 50/50 split of door proceeds. MSA will provide a door person to take tickets/admission and the renter will provide a sound technician. In this agreement, MSA will retain the first dollar amounts up to what would be the rental amount, the presenter will then receive the second dollar amount leading up to what would be the rental amount and then MSA and the presenter will equally split the remaining dollar amounts.
Rehearsal and class rental rate is $25/hr. Weekly theater rates available.
