Flamenco Workshop with Lindsey Bourassa

Have you always enjoyed watching Lindsey Bourassa’s performances? Think you might like to give it a try but are too hesitant to commit to classes?

This workshop is the perfect opportunity for you to experience first-hand the beauty and strength of flamenco performance!

Designed with the complete novice in mind, this workshop will provide you with an opportunity to learn some basic steps with Lindsey.


Based in Portland, Maine, Lindsey Bourassa is a flamenco artist, choreographer, and teacher with a Master of Flamencology Degree from Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. Lindsey co-founded and danced with Olas Music and Dance from 2009-2016. Olas produced three albums, a full-length film, three videos, and performed throughout New England (USA).

Lindsey performs traditional flamenco with national and international flamenco artists, as well as her own original contemporary-flamenco works that illustrate multimedia, multi-genre storytelling, often woven together with her own creative prose.

Doors open at 2:30 PM; Workshop begins at 3:00 PM. 90-minutes

Appropriate for ages 13+

$25 workshop admission; $15 when purchased with a ticket to the 2/26 or 2/27 Narración Flamenca performance.
