Puppetry Workshop with Spybird Theater

Saturday, March 5 at 3:00 PM

————–

Let’s make hand puppets! Light up your imagination and get your dexterity on as you create an original hand puppet out of paper, yarn, cardboard, and fabric with guidance from artist Jana Zeller.

Each participant is invited to make a puppet, or a child and caretaker can make one together.

When done building, you can try out some basic performance skills on a makeshift puppet stage that– a piece of fabric strung between two chairs. You will delight in the expressiveness and spontaneity of a hand puppet. When finished having all this fun you can take your puppet home and keep playing!

There is no age limit on plunging into this project. It is an hour-long workshop for children of all ages!
