Kafari is the alias of Cincinnati-born, Portland, Maine-based pianist and multi-instrumentalist Ahmad Muhammad. His warm, soulful sound synthesizes his love of ambient piano music, spiritual jazz, experimental hip-hop and dreamlike electronic textures.
